Aluminium Composite Panels are consists of a white-coloured low density polyethylene core bonded between two Aluminium alloy sheets. Aluminium sheets can be coated with PVDF paint or Polyester paint.
Composite Panels are mainly used for external cladding of buildings (building facades the PVDF painted ones), and for signage (the polyester pained ones).
Aluminium Composite Panels are very rigid and strong despite its light weight. Aluminium sheets are painted in any kind of color, in PVDF or Polyester coatings, including a wide range of metallic and non-metallic colors as well as patterns that imitate other materials, such as wood or marble.
Aluminium Composite Panels are also widely used with in the signage industry as an alternative to heavier, more expensive substrates.
Aluminium Composite Panels are available in 3 mm, 4 mm, 5mm and 6 mm thickness and all are easily cut, bent, drilled and formed with standard hand / industrial tools depending on application.
